Cookie Notice

How Jexi uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies.

Ask a question

Jexi may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the website and service, secure sessions, remember preferences, and understand product usage.

Types of technologies

  • Essential cookies and storage for login, authentication, routing, security, load balancing, fraud prevention, and session continuity.
  • Preference technologies for remembering interface choices, workspace settings, and theme selection.
  • Optional Google Analytics cookies on the public jexi.com website, used only after you choose Allow analytics. Rejecting analytics does not affect signup, contact forms or the service.

Google Analytics on our public website

With your consent, Google Analytics measures visits to public pages, campaign sources, clicks on signup and contact links, and successful setup requests. Google receives browser and device information and cookie identifiers to produce usage reports. This website integration does not send form contents, names, email addresses, company names, customer domains, account tokens or support conversations to Analytics.

We do not load the Google Analytics script or send Analytics requests before consent. Google Signals, advertising storage, advertising personalization and user-provided-data collection are not enabled by this integration.

The _ga and _ga_5FRQ8K64NP cookies identify a browser and maintain session information. We limit their lifetime to 90 days without extending it on each visit. You can remove them sooner in Cookie settings. Analytics user and event data retention is limited to two months; aggregate reports may remain longer.

Local storage

Jexi may use browser local storage for product state, guest experiences, UI preferences, non-sensitive workflow state, and theme selection. Clearing browser data may reset those preferences.

We remember your analytics choice in this browser for 180 days. If storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current tab. We ask again when the saved choice expires.

Choices

Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept or reject analytics at any time. Rejecting after accepting stops collection, removes this website's Analytics cookies and reloads the page to unload the Google tag. Withdrawal does not undo processing that took place before withdrawal.

Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies and local storage. Some service features require essential cookies; these are separate from optional Analytics cookies.
