Terms of Service

Rules for using Jexi, joining pilots, connecting integrations, and deploying AI workflows.

Ask a question

These Terms apply to the Jexi website, waitlist, pilots, preview features, and service use unless a signed order form, master agreement, data processing agreement, or other written agreement with Jexi says otherwise.

Agreement priority

If you have a signed agreement with Jexi, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms. If you are using Jexi on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Permitted use

You may use Jexi only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms, product documentation, usage limits, connected platform rules, and applicable agreements.

You are responsible for your users, customer content, connected accounts, permissions, approval settings, and the decisions you make based on Jexi outputs.

Accounts, credentials, and integrations

  • Provide accurate account, business, billing, and security information.
  • Protect login credentials, API keys, OAuth tokens, connected accounts, and integration secrets.
  • Use least-privilege scopes for connected systems and remove access when it is no longer needed.
  • Notify Jexi promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, credential exposure, or misuse of an integration.
  • Jexi may suspend access to protect the service, connected systems, customers, end users, or third parties.

Customer content and permissions

You keep ownership of the content you submit to Jexi. You grant Jexi the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, analyze, and use that content to provide and support the service.

You are responsible for having the rights, notices, consents, and lawful basis needed to submit support tickets, emails, customer records, domain or hosting data, CRM data, billing context, and other information to Jexi.

AI output and human review

Jexi may generate drafts, summaries, translations, classifications, action recommendations, and other output. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, delayed, offensive, or unsuitable for a specific customer or workflow.

You are responsible for reviewing output, testing workflows, configuring escalation rules, and requiring human approval for sensitive, irreversible, regulated, or high-impact actions.

Connected-system actions

  • Jexi may act through connected inboxes, helpdesks, registrar tools, hosting systems, billing platforms, CRMs, or internal tools according to permissions and workflows you configure.
  • You authorize Jexi to access, read, write, update, draft, send, or take other configured actions through those connected systems.
  • You must configure human approval for actions that could materially affect an account, payment, domain, hosting service, data deletion, legal rights, or customer relationship.
  • You are responsible for verifying that connected-system actions comply with your contracts, platform terms, policies, and laws.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Jexi to violate law, commit fraud, send spam, harass others, infringe rights, or abuse connected systems.
  • Do not submit malware, exploit code, unlawful content, secrets you are not authorized to share, or sensitive data unsupported by your agreement.
  • Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass security, interfere with monitoring, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not use Jexi as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, or similarly high-impact decisions.
  • Do not represent Jexi output as human-generated where disclosure is required by law or by the context of the interaction.

Pilots, previews, and beta features

Pilots, previews, and beta features may be limited, experimental, unavailable, inaccurate, changed, or discontinued. They are provided without service-level commitments unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Feedback you provide may be used by Jexi to improve the product. We do not ask for confidential information in feedback unless it is necessary for support or product operation.

Fees, taxes, and renewals

Paid plans, usage limits, billing, taxes, renewal terms, suspension rules, cancellation rights, and refunds are governed by the applicable order form, checkout flow, invoice, or signed agreement. If no paid agreement exists, access may be invitation-only, limited, or discontinued.

Disclaimers

Except where a signed agreement says otherwise, Jexi is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jexi disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

Jexi does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You should obtain appropriate professional review before relying on Jexi in regulated or high-impact contexts.

Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jexi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost profit, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or business interruption damages.

For public website use, waitlist use, or unpaid pilots where no signed agreement sets a different cap, Jexi's total liability is limited to USD 100. Paid customer liability is governed by the applicable signed agreement or order form.

Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Jexi from claims arising from your content, connected systems, unlawful use, violation of these Terms, breach of third-party rights, or use of Jexi in a way that violates your customer notices, contracts, or laws.

Termination

You may stop using Jexi at any time. Jexi may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay required fees, or use the service in a way that may harm Jexi, customers, end users, connected systems, or third parties.
