Jexi accesses Google user data only when a customer, administrator, or authorized user connects a Google account or Google Workspace integration.
To stop Jexi from accessing new Google data, you may:
- Disconnect the Google integration in Jexi workspace settings, where available.
- Revoke Jexi's OAuth access from your Google account or Google Workspace administrator settings.
- Contact Jexi at hello@jexi.com and request deletion of Google user data associated with your workspace or account.
When a Google integration is disconnected, Jexi stops accessing new Google user data from that integration and disables or deletes associated OAuth tokens according to product capabilities, security requirements, and applicable legal obligations.
Upon request or termination, Jexi will delete or return Google user data according to the applicable customer agreement, product capabilities, and legal requirements. Residual copies may remain for a limited period in backups, security logs, audit records, or legally required records, and are protected from active production use except for recovery, security, compliance, or legal purposes.
For Google data deletion requests, contact hello@jexi.com.
